The council agreed without vote that a boy scout day at the Village Haii should be held dosing the week of the school Easter vacation. 7. Use of Augsburg Park .~ 1-Zayor Kitten presented a letter dated January 9, 1957 from the V.P.W. Pred Babcock Post, requesting permission to co-sponsor a carnival in Augsburg Park in May,. 1957. A discussion was held. Motion by Shields, seconded by Schnitz, that the council grant the re- quest of the V.P.W. to co-sponsor a carnival with the Woodrow Wilson Post on Tuesdayp May 20th through Sunday,. May 26, 19S? in Augsburg Park, restrict- ing it to the parking area and north to ?0th St., complying with our ordi- Hance and filing plans of the lay-out. Carried. 8.
