the Village of RichfiLld met as the Board of Canvass at 4:3U P.M, on
Wednesday, December 5,, 1956 for the purpose of canvassing the votes cast
at the Village General Biection on Tuesday,, December 4, 1956,
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kittell.
Present: Shields, Serstock; and Kittell.
Absent: t+Vallick and Srhuit~a,
The village clerk presented the following tabulation of returns of
the Village General Biection held on Tuesday, December 4,. 1956:

Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No, 1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministrati~-e staff was held in the Village Hall a:t 11:00 f:.M, on Wednesday,
December 5, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on the purchase of ~etrolemm products as advertised in the official
newspaper on November 15, 1956.
