Pursuant to requirements of the Minnesota. Election Laws, the council of
the Village of Richfield met as the Board of Canvass for the purpose of'can-
vassing the results of_the Village Primary election held on November 20, 1956.
Present: Shields, Serstack Schuit~ and Rittell'
Absent: Wallick.
