Carried. C-4365 13. Hearing -Special Use Permit - 6645 Lyndale Ave« it being 7:iS P.M., Mayor Rittell called-for the hearing on the special use permit of Thomas P. Hearing - Ranft & Bogen Addition It being 7;15 P.I~i., Mayor Kittell called for the hearing on the pro- posed plat of Ranft and Bogen Addition and read the notice of hearing. A. G. Motion by WallickA seconded by Serstock,. that tentative approval be given to the proposed plat of Ranft & Bogen Addition and that the council authorize the attorney and village engineer to prepare a subdi vider's con- tract to be presented at a later meeting for the council's approval. Bids - Police Patrol Coach It being 8:00 P:M~., Mayor Ritteli called for the consideration of bids on a police patrol coach and read the minutes of the bid opening on Novem- ber 7,. 1956« Motion by Serstockt seconded by Wallick* that the council approve the , minutes of the bid opening of November 7,. 1956, and that the minutes be file d. Carried.. 19: Plans for Frontage Roads on_78th St.- O. B. Strand,. 6610 Normandale Road, appeared as spokesman for proper- ty awr~e~rs affected by the construction of Highway 100 on 78th St., object- ing to such construction on ttie grounds that the village officials and the property owners have not had sufficient information to make a decision. Mr. Strand wanted plans for the main highway as well as the service roads pre- sented at one time: The highway department representative stated that it would be approximately one year before plans would be completed. Mr. Strand further stated that as representative for the bu~'.ness men along 78th St., their main objection was that the mein highway was to be depressed. A. G. Suspension of Beer Licenses - Wa side Inn The manager presented a report of his action in suspench ng the Off and On Sale Beer licenses of Wayside Inn, 7512 Lyndale Ave. S. Homer O. Norris, licensee, appeared and stated that the offending bar- tender had been discharged. Motion by Wallick,, seconded by Shields,. that the council concur in the action taken by the manager in his letter of November 3,. 1956 suspendi ng the beer licenses of the Wayside Inns 7512 Lyndale Ave. S. for ten days for the 1 first violation.
