Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministratiire staff was held in the Village Hail at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday,
November 7, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who armounced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on the purchase of'a police patrol coach as advertised in the official
newspaper on October ll~ 1955.

The village attorney was appointed to take the minutes in the absence
of the village elerk.
The village manager presented a total of five bids and called for any
outstanding ones. None were forthcoming.
