Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015,, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff was held in, the council chambers of-the Village Hall at

The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting w'as tb recei~e~. o~ien and read aloud; 5ea~ed
bids on the ~iurcYiase of rock salt for tYie Village of Richfield as advertised
in the offie~.ai newspaper on Sep~e:hber 27j 195+

The village clerk presented four sealed bids on rock salt. The manager
astced for any outstanding bids; none were forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud by the Village manager;
