Carried. 4. Presentation of Safety Award R. V. Juetten of the Minnesota Safety Council presented an award to the Village of Richfield for achievement in pedestrian protection during 1955 for no deaths due to accidents in the village. 5. deferred Bearing -Special Use permit - 1001 B. 66th St. Mayor Rittell called for the deferred hearing on the application of A• G. Bogen for a special use permit, which hearing had been deferred from the meeting of September 24r 1956• A• G• Bogen,. 1006 1st Nat'l Sao Line Bldg., Minneapolis, applicant, appeared. John V. Robinson, proposed operator for the contemplated drive-in restaurant, appeared. The drive-in restaurant is planned to be located at 1001 B. 66th St. No persons appeared in opposition.
