Robert Dahi, 7544 16th Ave., applicant, appeared in his own behalf, and presented a petitian containing the names of six property owners approving the variation. No persons appeared in opposition.. C-4285 16~ Change Name of Mud Lake Motion by [Ualiick, seconded by Shields, that the council suspend the rules to consider the request of the American Legion Post to change the name of Mud Lake to Legion Lake. Leonard Christiansen appeared to explain the procedure necessary to change the name of the lake. Motion by Shields, seconded by Schultz, that this council approve the efforts of the Minneapolis-Richfield American Legion Post No. 435 to change the name of Mud Lake to Legion Lake. Carried. 17.
