Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
administrative staff was held in the coun~ii chambers of the Village
Hall at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 8, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud,
sealed bids on the purchase of a police patrol- car for the Village of
Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on Juiy 19, 1956.
Present: 0. R. Van Rrevelen, manager
Paul H. Haugen, village clerk
Cyril ,johnnon,'chief of police
Roy E. Swenson, asst. purchasing agent
The village clerk presented a total of two bids on the purchase of a
police patrol car. The manager asked for outstanding bids; none were
forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud by the village manager:
