Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No« 1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff waS held in the council chambers o£ the Village Hail at
11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 7, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on painting of the interior of the Village Hail as advertised in the
official newspaper on July 19, 1956.

The viiiage clerk presented a total of seven bids an painting of the
interior o£ the Village Ha11« The manager asked for outstanding bids; none
were forthcomingQ
