The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session in the
council chambers of the Village Hail,, 6700 Portland Ave., Mondaq, July 23,
1956, at 7:00 F.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kitteli.

tion of bids and his recommendation for award.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Serstock,, that the minutes of the bid-
opening of July 23, 1956, on conditioning of the municipal liquor store
be accepted and filed. Carried. C-4241
