Pursuant to requirements of Resolution Alo. 1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff was held id the council chambers of the village hail st
11204 A.M. on Mondays July 23,, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village aanager who announced
that the purpose of the meetting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed
bids on air conditioning for the ~n3.cipal.liquor store as adverti~sed~in
the official newspaper on July 12, 1936. ~ .

The village clerk presented a total o£ three bids on air conditioning
for the municip a1 liquor store. The manager asked far outstanding bids;
none were forthcoming.
