Petition - Load Restrictions on 76th fit. between Penn and Xerxes Michael Kampemeyer, 7614 Thomas Ave., appeared as spokesman for a group of property owners, describing conditions / voiced objections of• the resi- dents in the area to the truck traffic on their street.
