Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the admin-
istrative staff was held in the council chambers of the Village Hali.at
11:00 A.M. on Thursday,, June 21, 19Sb.
The meeting was came d to order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bide
on the construction cf )..fights in Augsburg Park as advertised in the official
newspaper on June 21, 195b.

Park. The manager as&ed for-any outstanding bids none were forthcoming.

A.M. on Tuesday, July 3,, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager whd announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on
the furnishing of ail materials and labor necessary to drill foux wells in-
cluding screens, pumps, tanks, all necessary piping in Village parks, as ad«
vertised in the official newspaper on June 14, 1956.
