Motion by Schutt zp seconded by Wallick,.;hat the council authorir~e the
' attorney to enter into negotiations for the purchase of~land known as Lots
1 to 10 inclusive,, Block 1~ Wexler's Addition (known as~th~ southwest cor-
ner of the intersection of Cedar Ave. and 65th St.) at a price not #o ex-
ceed $20,000.00, and authorize the mayors manager, clerk and attorney to
do all things necessary to acquire said property. Carried..
