Petition Protesting Use of ?8th 5t. as Service Road During Construction Mayor Kittell read a letter and petition protesting the use of 78th St. from Thomas Ave« to Xerxes Ave. as a highway during construction of Trunk Highway x`100. H. A.{~ipzynski, 2908 W. 78th 5t., appeared as spokesman for a group of property owners present opposing the proposed use of the service road.
