Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminis-
trative staff was held in the cauncii chambers of the Village Ha11 at 11:00
A.M.~on Tuesdays May 8, 1956,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids
an the purchase of two two-way radios for the Police Department, as advertised
in the official newspaper on April 26, 1956._

Cyril Johnsod, chief of police
R. w. Meeker, fire chf.4.f
Roy Swenson, assistant purchasing agent
The manager announced that in the absence of Paul H. Haugett, clerk, Florence
M. Paulson would take the minutes.
The manager presented a total a£ twa sealed bids for opening, and asked
if there were any other bids outstanding. None were forthcoming.
