Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the ads
mianistrative staff-was held in the council chambers of the Village Ha11 at
11:fl0 A.M. On Tuesday,; April 17,, 1956.
The meeting was called to order by the Village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and xead aloud, sealed
bids on the purchase of a 24,000 pound truck chassis cab over engine type,
as advertised in the official newspaper on March 29,, 1956

Roy Be SWensan, assistant purchasing agent
The Village clerk presented a total of three sealed bids to the village
manager. The Village manager asked if there were any other bids out-
standing. None .were forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud by the Yillage manager;
