04-06-1956BID OPENING Sewer Construction 1956 e April 6, 1956 Pursuant to provisions of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminis- trative staff was held in the council chambers of the Village hell at 11.:00 A«M. on Thursdays March 8, 1956. The meeting was tailed to order by the Village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the construction of sanitary and storm sewers for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on March 15 & 22, 1956. Present: O. R. Van Krevelen, village manager Paul H. Haugen, village clerk Egi1 Wefald, village engineer Roy B. Swenso~i, assistant purchasing agent Harry Mayeron;, G. M. Orr Bngineering Co. Robert Huston,. F. M. Orr Engineering fro. The village clerk presented five sealed bids to the village manager and r~ L asked if there were any other bids outstanding.
