Pursuant to reguirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was held in the council chambers of the Village Hai I at 11~00 A.M. on Wednesday„ March 21, 1956. The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the purchase of bituminous materials for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on March 1~ 1956. Present: O. R. Van Kreveleng village manager Paul H. Hau~enp village clerk Bgii Wefald, village engineer Rey ~. Swenson, assistant purchasing agent The village clerk presented four sealed bids to the village mana- ger and asked if there were any bids outstanding. None were forthcoming.
