Pursuant to requirements of Resolution Na.-1015, a meeting of the ad- ministrative staff-was held in the council chambers of the Village Hall at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 8, 195b. The meeting was called to order by the Village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and rea+~ aloud, seated bids on the purchase of an air conditioning system for the Village Hall, as advertised in the aff icial newspaper on February l6, 1956..
