Pursuant to requirements of Resolution Na.-1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff-was held in the council chambers of the Village Hall at
11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 8, 195b.
The meeting was called to order by the Village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and rea+~ aloud,
seated bids on the purchase of an air conditioning system for the Village
Hall, as advertised in the aff icial newspaper on February l6, 1956..

The Pillage Clem presented six sealed bids to the village manager
and asked if there were. any other Bids outstanding. None were forth-
coming.
