Richards, 6801 - 20th Ave. S., appeared protesting nuisances created bq dogs running at large. -$- Pebruary 2?, 1955 Motion by Serstock, seconded by Wailick, that the residents of Richfield be polled informally on March 20, 2956 at the same time as the special village election on the following questions: Shall the Pillage of Richf laid require the leashing or confining ofali dogs during the months of April through September? Shall the Village of Richfield require the year around leashing ®r confiMing of all dogs? The clerk is authvriz~ to prepare informal ballots to conduct such a public opinion poll which ballots shall state that the poll is unofficial and not binding upon the Village council, but is sampling of public opinion. Anq person who is a resident of the Village of Richfield , whether or not he iS a.•registered voter, shalt be entitled to cast a ballot on these questions. Persons who are not registered voters may obtain and cast their ballots at the office of the Village clerk. Carried. 26.
