Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the ad-
ministrative staff was held in the council chambers of the Village Hali at
10:30 A.M. on Thursdays February 9, 1956.
The meeting. was called to order by the Village manager, who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids
on the purchase of a `paliee ~:c~f..r ._~~-.: as advertised in the official newspaper
on January 26, 195b.

Paul H. Haugen, Village clerk
'Cy Johnson, Police Chief
Roy B. Swenson,, Assistant Purchasing Agent
The Village clerk presented four sealed bids to the Village manager.,
The Village manager asked if there were ~.ny other bids outstanding. None
were forthcoming.
The following bads were opened and read aloud by the Village manager:

The Village manager announced that the foregoing bids. would be tabu-
sated and forwarded to the Village council with recommendations; and that
awards would be made an Mondays February 13, 1956 at 8:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as practicable.
The meeting was adjourned by the chair.
