The attorney reported on provigions of Wm. V. Terry Excavating Company

Lockhart, attorney representing American Auto Insurance Company appeared request-
ing council consent to assignment of American Auto Ins. Co., and offering in-
surance coverage as required in the contract. The Village Attorney recomended
action be deferred until furtkmr investigation can be had.

report from Mr. LeFevere. Carried.
33. 1955 Village Wide Oiling Program V. P. 315
The Manager presented a memo from the Director of Public Works, dated
August 2, 1955, relative . to increase of working hours in order to oil all the
village streets.. Discussion followed.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Walters, that the memo from the Director of
Public Works, dated August 4, 1955, be accepted and filed, and authorizing the
operating of machinery 10 hours per day six days per week. Carried.
