~ 1. Preliminarg Plat -Larson~s South View Gardens
Motion by Shieldst seconded by Rose, that the council give apparoval to
the reduced plat of Larson~s South View Gardens on which a hearing was held
on.~pril 25, 1955, and authorize the engineer to prepare a subdividers con-
tract. Carried.

Motion by Walters, seconded by Roses that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part
of these minutes:
