Traffic Signals - Lyndale & 66th St. A report from the engineer on the traffic signal at 66th and Lyndale Ave. was read, citLng the necessity of changing the signs]. from a traffic actuated to fixed time signals and quoting an estimate from the Kehne Electric Co. for furnishing and installing a new control for a cost of ~495.oQa _C-1968. Carried. 7' Storm Sewer Assessment Rolls The manager reported on assessment rolls for s torn- sewers, and recommended a study of the matter. Motion by Shields, seconded by Wall.ick, that the council approve the Village engi.neeri s order limiting load of vehicles on Village streets in ac- cordance with Section 5 of Ordinance No. 10.08, an ordinance providing for seasonal load prohibitions or restrictions.
