The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session in the
council chambers of the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. South at 7:00 P, M.
on Monday, January 10, 19!�: The meeting was called to order by Myor Kittell,.
Present: Walters., Rose, Shields, Wallick and Kittell.
Absent: None,

1955, and prepared by the Village engineer relative to the parking laydut for

Motion by Walters, seconded by Wallirk, that the council request that
the telephone company erect an outdoor phone booth outside the Village Han*

be designated as-the council's representative on the Relief Board. Carried,

Motion by Shields, seconded by Wallick, that the third party summons of
Associate Contractors, Inc. referring to drainage of the llth Ave. and 77th
St, area, be referred to the attorney for study and recommendation. Carried.

Motion by Wallick, seconded by Walters, that the request of John Ramsden,

The manager was instructed to notify the neigftbors in'the area of S.

25. Hearing - Mattson Heights 4th Addition
It being 8 :00 P. M., Mayor Kittell called for the public hearing on
Mattson Heights 4th Addition and read the notice of hearing. No persons
appeared in opposition.
Motion by Walters, seconded by Wallick, that the hearing be closed.
