A discussion took place on the question of the Village purchasing a tract

The engineer presented a tabulation of bids on school signals.
Motion by Rose, seconded by Wanick, that the low bid of Lehr Electric Co.
for a Crown signal at a price of ~p6,225.~ be acceprted~ that the bid security
of the unsuccessfu]. bidders be returned forthwith and that the bid security of
Lehr Electric Co. be returned upon execution of the contract and the furnishing
of a surety bond.. Carried,
