Motion by Walters, seconded by Wallick, that the council. authorize
the manager to make application for radio frequency for -the Village of
Richfield.. Carried.
31. Trailer Court Contract - Leitchman .
The manager presented a proposed. contract- with..Yz.-- Ireitchman covering
the trailer • court to be established at Cedar Ave. at 77th St.- with the_ follow-
ing changes in the original. provisions:
1. That trees-or vines be planted around the court to screen it.
2. That the portion of 77th St; not used as an entrance- to the trailer court
is to be oiled.
3. Three ft,. sidewalk of concrete inside the court will be pemnitted
4. Whatever portion of the trailer court in use, be finished , but that the
entire contract be completed by September 1, 1956.
