Motion by Shields that the council rescind their action of August 23rd,
1954., in granting the transfer of a special use permd.t to Alex Leitchman for the
establishing of a trailer court on the east side of Cedar Ave;, north of 77th St.
Motion not allowed on protest of Councilmaa.Walters that Councilman Shields
had voted in the .negative on the original motion and he had not served notice
that he had integded to ads for reconsideration of the question at this meeting.
