Thera followed a discussion of the relative merits of incorport~t'f.ng this w3.th the sazita,x~y sewer lateral construction as against making this a separate pro- ject. It was the cons~sus of~ opinion that bids should be taken to detex7aine the ultimate cost of this pro3ect. After a, lengthy discussion in which all persons present participated, it was agreed. that Mr. Buzzard should plant a screen of Lombardy populars of not less than five feet 3n height at~t spaced not more than s3.~ feet apart along his eastern and northern boundaries.
