M. Reverend Richard J~ Bingea, House of Prayer Lutheran Church, gave the in- voca lion. . 1. Bids. Harryr Mayeron of G. M. Orr Engineering Company appeared before the council and presented the tabulation of bids and recormnended that contracts be awarded to Orfei & Mariam at X506,393.72 for Village Project No. 224-1; and to Phelps Drake Compar.~~ Inc. at X733,611.60 for Village Project No. 224-2. Motion by Walters, seconded by Rose, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes.
