M. on Tuesday, February 23, 1~l~. Reverend Leland Steen, Oak Grove Lutheran Church, gave the invocation. The meetLng was called to order by Mayor Kitten. Present: Walters, Shields Wallick and Kitten. Absent: Nose. ' 1. Minutes. Motion by Shields, seconded by Wallick, that the council approve the minutes of the regular meeting of February 8, 1951. Carried. 2. Nsports. Division of Land - Astl.eford. Motion by Shields, seconded by Wallick, that the council call a special order of business to consider the application of William J.
