Pursuant ~ due ca11 and notice thereof, an ad3ourned meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of l~chfield, Minnesota, was duly held at the
Village Hall in said village on Thursday, the 12th day of November, 1953, at

The following members were present: Reller, Iverson, Walters, Shields
and Rose. Absents None.

The Ma~ror announced that this was the time and place for receipt of bids
for the purchase of 1,0l~3,000 Improvement Bonds, Ser3.es By and X217,000
Improvement Bonds, Series C.
The Clerk presented affidav3.ts showing publication of notice of sale in
the official newspaper and in Ccunmercial odes t, a financial paper published in
Mintzeapoli.s, Minnesota, which affidav3.ts were examined and found satisfac~r~r
. and ordered placed or~~:file.
' The Clerk than presented the sealed bids which had been received. These
were opened and examined and found to be as follows:
