The Clerk presented affidav3.ts showing publication of notice of sale in the official newspaper and in Ccunmercial odes t, a financial paper published in Mintzeapoli.s, Minnesota, which affidav3.ts were examined and found satisfac~r~r . and ordered placed or~~:file. ' The Clerk than presented the sealed bids which had been received.
