VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD
ADJOURNED MEETING
September 29, 1953
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the council of the Village of
Richfield met in adjourned session in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue
South at 7 P. M. on Tuesday, September 29, 1953,
Present: Walters, Rose, Shields, Iverson and Reller.
Absent: None. .
1. Zoning. Variation Jackson.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Iverson that the toning variation requested by
Warren Jackson, 7415 Clinton. Avenue South, be approved. Carried. C -1030.
2. Mayorls expense allowed.
Notion by Shields, seconded by Iverson that the council authorize the
expense allowance not to exceed $350,00, for Mayor Reller to attend the
American Public Works Conference at New Orleans, La., on October 26, through
the 29tth, 1953. Carried.
3. Village Project No. 128. Village -wide Oiling Program.
Motion by Walters, seconded by Rose that the following resolution be adopted;
that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these
minutes. Carried,

none. This resolution appears as resolution No. 212 in resolution book No. 1.
4* Village Project No. 139. Street Grading.
Village Project No. 139 was discussed by the council. Without vote the
problem was referred to the Finance Committee for their meeting of October 5,
1953.
