Pursuant to action of the council on July 13, 1953, the Council of the
Village of Richfield met in adjourned session in tl~e~Village Hall, 6700 Portland
Avemue South, ~t 7:00 P.Nl. on Monday, Jix1y 20, 7:953.
Present: Rose, Shields, Verson and~Reller
Absent: Walters.
1. Au~sbur~ Park Concession
The Council discussed the method of operation of the Augsburg Park concession
for the remainder of the 1953 season.
Notion by Iverson, seconded by Shie7~ds, that the council authorize payment
of X2700 for the building and equipment, and X129.27 for the stock of merchandise
on hand. Carried. Check ~ 1~3.
2. Division of Laud. Buttell ,
Nis. Fred Buttell appeared relative to a request for a division of land not.
approved at the meting of July 13, 1953. The eouneil~explained to Mrs. Butte7l
the reasons for not approving the request. The council without vote, instructed
the Village Attorney to imrestigate and advise Mrs. Butte]1 of possible courses of
action. ~ .,
