Pursuant to due call and noticethereof, the council of the Village of Richfield met iri special session in the council chambers of the Village Hall at 8 P.M. on Monday, April 6, 1953• On roll call, those present weres Walters, Rose, Iverson and Reller, Absents Shields 1. Authorizing Disposition of Proceeds of Bond Sa7.e. o Motion by Walters, seconded by Iverson, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made apart of these minutes: RESOLUTION N0. 127 ° RESOLUTTUN RELATING TO DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS OF X1,100,000.00 BOND SALE. Poll of votes: Ayes - Walters; Rose, Iverson, and Reller. Nays - none. Carried. This resolution appears as resolution No. 127 in Resolution Book 1. 2. .Pay Raiae Resolution Deferred. Motion by Iverson, seconded by Walters, that .the council concur in the recommendation of the Village Manager to defer the resolution relating to salary increases. Carried. 3. V311age-wide street surfacing Project. RESOLUTION N0. 129 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO SANITARY SEVER ~ IMPROVEMENT NO. 1, APPROVLRTG CERTAIN PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTTNG ADVERTISEMENT FOR ~ BIDS. Poll of votes: Ayes - Walters, Rose, Iverson and Re11er. Nays - none. Carried. ®~ 5. Sewer Specifications addendum. Motion by Iverson, seconded by 1rtTalters, that the`Villagg Manager be instructed to request G. M. Orr Engineering Company to prepare an ' addendum to sanitary sewer specifications relieving the contracta~u~ of ° responsibility in regard to severance of gas services; and the Village Manager be further instructed to prepare a resolution saving the village harmless for severances of gas services. Carried. 6. Advertise for Bids - Police Patro],-Car. Motion by Y~a7.ters, seconded by Rose, that the counc~.l accept and approve the specifications for a police patrol car and authorize the Village Clerk to advertise for bids to be received up to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, April 27, 1953.
