Authorizing Contract faith the Village of Edina Motion by Walters, .seconded by Lindeberg, that the following resolution be adopted, that it be .spread in the minute book, and be made a part of these minutes s F~SOLUTION ~ No. 81 RIIS®LUTION AUTO G`C V~ACT WITH - THE VILLAGE OF EcDINA Upon roll call, the' following voted in favor thereof s Walters, Lindeberg, Shields and Rsller. Iverson absent. None voting against said motion, it was declared car- ried and-the resolution adopted. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 81 in Resolution Book 1. Contract mentioned in Resolution No; 81 was assigned Clerks File No. 310. 3. Letter to Edina Relative ~to Shar®d Expenses Mot3.on by Shields, seconded by Lindeberg, that the Village Manager writes letter to the Village of Edina notifying them that the preparation of a plot plan by the G. M. Orr Engineering Company is the only 3oint expense incurred before December 15, 1952. Carried. !~. Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1. This report to be submitted to the council at the regular meeting of Monday, dec. 22, 1952. Carried. 10. National-Bank as Depository Motion by Walters, seconded by L~indeberg, that the Village ~'lanager investigate and report on the advisability of using the National Bank as a depository for village funds. -This report to be submitted at the first meeting in January, 1953. Carried. Note :Councilman Iverson took his chair. 11. Division of Property ..~._ Motion by Walters, seconded by Lindeberg that the council offer no objection to tkie application of Adolph G. Legislative Meeting, St. Paul Motion by Reller, seconded by Shields, that the village attorney be authorized to attend a meeting of~ legislators at the St. Paul court house on the evening of Friday, December 19,-1952.
