Minutes of Previous Meetings J Motion by Walters, seconded by Iverson, that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 24, 1952, and Board of Canvass of December 2, 1952, be approved. Car - ried, 2. Reports Motion by Iverson, seconded by Walters, that the Inspection Reports of October and November, 1952, be accepted as read, and placed on file. Carried. Clerk's _ File No. C- 305... 3, Zoning Lots 9 and 10, Richfield Gardens Mr. Wm. Crear, Jr., representing. the Dayton Co., appeared before the Council y to request that Lots 9 and 10 of Richfield Gardens be zoned Commercial Motion by Iverson; seconded by Walters, that this matter be set for hearing before the Zoning Commission at its regular meeting on Monday, January 190 1953, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M.
