M]NUTPS GF REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF RICHE'IELD � December 8, 1952 ` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting- of the Village Council of the Village of Richfield was duly held at the Village Hall, Monday, December 8, 1952, opening at 7 :00 P.M, Members Presents Reller.9 Walters, Iverson, Lindeberg Members absents Shields 1. Minutes of Previous Meetings J Motion by Walters, seconded by Iverson, that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 24, 1952, and Board of Canvass of December 2, 1952, be approved. Car - ried, 2. Reports Motion by Iverson, seconded by Walters, that the Inspection Reports of October and November, 1952, be accepted as read, and placed on file. Carried. Clerk's _ File No. C- 305... 3, Zoning Lots 9 and 10, Richfield Gardens Mr. Wm. Crear, Jr., representing. the Dayton Co., appeared before the Council y to request that Lots 9 and 10 of Richfield Gardens be zoned Commercial Motion by Iverson; seconded by Walters, that this matter be set for hearing before the Zoning Commission at its regular meeting on Monday, January 190 1953, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. Neslund for Off Sale Beer, Qn Sale Beer, Cigarette and Soft Drink licenses at. 1910 West 78th Street be tabled until the next regular meeting at which time _ they will be considwed. Carried. Motion by Iverson, seconded by Walters that the application of the A & A - Well Drilling Company .be approved subject to the filing of the required bond and its Approval by the village att6rney.
