Motion by Iverson, seconded by Walters, that a letter from G. M. Grr Engi- _ veering Co. relative to sfxeets and street grades be referred to the engineer and legal department for study and report back to the Council. Carried. 3. Financial Report Motion by Walters, seconded by Shields, that the financial -reports for the month of July be received and placed on file. Carried. !~. Bads on Chain Link Fence Lotion bg T~alters, seconded b~ Shields, that the low bid of the C.ro~ Iron Works for chain link industrial fence, in the amount of ~3,098,~ ~ ac- cepted, and that checks and bidders' bonds of the tmsuccessful bidders be returned. Carried. 9. Special Use Hermit (Gilbert Sandia) Notion bg Iverson, seconded by Walters, that the application of Gilbert Sandie, 7338 Wentworth Avenue, for a special use permit fort3ze construction of a trailer camp and motel bet~reen 11th and 12th Avenues, and betUaeen 77th and 78th Streets, be approved, as recommended by the Zoning Commission, subject to the deeding of a portion of -dia property for street purposes as re~,uired by the village engineer. Budget Revision A revision of the 1952- budget waspresented by the manager. Motion by Lindeberg, seconded by Shields, that the matter be deferred until the August 25th meeting to allow for further consideration. Carried. 13. Fairwood Park Warming House Bids were called for on the Fairwood Park Warming House, and one bid in the amount of X1,030.60 was reoeived from B. A. Fanright, 2200 W. 6bth St. Not3.on by Walters, seconded by Lindeberg, that the mayor anal manager be authorized to enter into contract with B. A. Enright in accordance with the farms of the bid.
