2e Petition for Re-Zox~iaig
Trustee Walters moved for a special order of business to hear Nfr. Alf L.
Bergerud, Vice President, R+ed ~l Stores ?n.c., regarding a petition to re-zone property
adjacent to their present store building at 66th Street & N'icollet Avenue. The
mot3.on was seconded by ~astee Iverson and unanimousl~r carried. ~. Bergerud stated
the reasons why they felt it was necessary that this property be re-zoned.
3. Letter from Zoning Coumii.ssion
Pte. J. ~. Cumtriings of the Zoning Commission presented the Commission's
report of their pub73.c hearing held April 21, 1952, on petition No. 52-P-~. -
Moved by Iverson, seconded by Walters that action on the above report be
postponed unt3.1 April 28, 1952. Carried.

(r9. Request to State of Niunesota for permits for Ponding of Storm Haters in Wood
~/ bake, Grass Lake, A~,id Lake, Mother Lake and hack Lake
The Fm,gineer stated that a permit from the State ~-vision of Haters
is required for ponding storm sewer waters in said lakes.
Moved by Walters, seconded by Shields that the Mayor and N1ar~.ager be
instructed to make application to the. State 3ivision of Waters for the required
permit. Carried.

The Mayor a~.ounced that this was the time and place set far a Public Hearing an
the construction of Storm Sewer District C-3. line Clerk presented anaffidavit- •
showing due publication of notice of public hearing as 'Go said improvement. She
Mayor announced that the Council would hear all persons that cared to be heard
for or against said proposed improvement.
No one appeared to object to sand improvement.
