Bergerud, Vice President, R+ed ~l Stores ?n.c., regarding a petition to re-zone property adjacent to their present store building at 66th Street & N'icollet Avenue. The mot3.on was seconded by ~astee Iverson and unanimousl~r carried. ~. Bergerud stated the reasons why they felt it was necessary that this property be re-zoned. 3. Moved by Walters, seconded by Shields that the Mayor and N1ar~.ager be instructed to make application to the. State 3ivision of Waters for the required permit. Carried. 1Q. She Mayor announced that the Council would hear all persons that cared to be heard for or against said proposed improvement.
