Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,_an adjourned Meeting of the
village Council of the village of Richfield, ~i.nnesota, yeas dnlyheld at
the village'Hall in said village on Monday~~Febxuary ~., 1952 at 7:00 o'cl~k P.M.
Members present: Mayor Keller, Trustees Bowen,-Iverson and Shields.
Absent: i~alters
The Mayor announced that the first order of business would be items on
the agenda.
1. Licenses and Permits
1. Trybas Cafe--Food, soft drinks
2. wayside Znn--Ori sale beer, off-sale beer, soft drinks, cigarettes
Moved by Bowen, seconded by Iverson that the foregoing applications for
licenses be approved. Carried,
2. Report of Committee on Meeting ~.th Mr. E. l~rondinski
The village Attorney stated that Mr. Prondzinski had agreed to settle his claim
for architectural services for 3,l~00.00. The committee recommended that the
offer be accepted.
~doved by Shields, seconded by Keller that Mr. E. Prondzinski be paid
$3,tt~.~ in full ~ttlemerrt for all architectural services previously rendered
to the village, as recommended by the Committee, provided that Mr. Prodzinski
furnish proof of the services rendered and that he fc.rnish a release of all
claims against the village.

Motion carried.
Trustee Bowen requested to be recorded as in favor of the motion, but abstaimm-
ing from. voting.
3. Employment of Architect.

The attorney read the proposed contract under which the firm of Liebenberg &
Kaplan, Architects and Engineers, would render their services to the village,
Moved by Bowen, seconded by Shields that the mayor and village Manager
'~ and hereby are authorized to execute the proposed contract, provided the
following changes are made:
1. On Page 1, "Architect to provide twenty-five copies for bidders". ~I
2. On~Page 2, strike out Paragraph 2 completely.
3• Dn Page 3, Paragraph 9, strife out 2nd paragraph. Carried.
