That the penalties and interest on said special assessr~nts~iri^~he amount of ~5~.54 be and the same are hereby cancelled. .' 2. That the Village Clerk is authoritied and directed to file a copy of this Resolution in the office of the County t~uditor of Hennepin County. Trustee Walters seconded the foregoing R®solution and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Christian' Bowen, Iverson Walters and Littlejohn and the following votes against the same: None. Thereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, 33.It was moved by Bowen, seconded by Walters and unan3.~wualy carried that the Council meet at the Village Hall on November 21, 1951 at 7:30 O~clock P.M. far the purpose of canvassing the Oates cast at the Village pr3mary^ election to be held on November 20, 1951. There being no other business before the Council at this time Iverson -moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Walters and carried. The following members were .present: Mayor Christians Trustees Bogen and Littlejohn. and the following were absent: Trustees Iverson and Walters. The Mayor annowaced that the order of business was the canvassing of re- turns of•the Primary election held on November 20, 1951, 'The Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication of the Notice of the Primary Election in the official newspaper at least ten (10) days prior to said election, which Affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file, < < , The Clerk then presented the official returns of the Judges ar:d Clerks of said election, which showed the vote for the following candidates•.to b® as follows: FOR 1+~AYOR CLARENCE H.
