Faegre and Bensons 1260 Northwestern Bank Building, Minneapolis, Minnesota without expense to the .purchaser, shall rewui.re sealed bids be unconditional and be accompanied by a good faith bank draft, check or cashiers check in the amount of at least ~1~000, and shall specify one or more interest rates in multiples of one-tenth or one quarter of one percent. Said notice shall further provide that delivery of the bonds will be made by the village within forty days after the date of sale at the office of the village clerk or at the option of the purchaser at Minneapolis or St• pa:al., without expense to purchaser, or elsewhere at purchaserts expense, and that said bonds will be payable at any suitable bank or trust company designated by the successful bidder.
