Mr. Harlox was appointed to act as clerk pro~etem. . . The administrative engineer submitted plats of street grades in Ralph ~ilnerss 192nd addition for Council approval. Moved by Littlejohn seconded by Boren that the engineer's report on grades in said Addition be accepted. Ludwig asked 1if Village objects to referendum provision, Motion to instruct clerk to write ~/Haeg,Bergerud and ~Qi:ller Rural Hennepin County legislators a letter of thanks for work that-has been done on behalf of the constitutionality of municipal liquor stores.
