... ~ WfiEREAS, the Richfield City Council ordered in Project No. 705,
the public improvemezits for the LyndaleJl3ub/Nicollet Redevelopment
area, on November ?_y, 7.9 i6, and

WiIEREAS, the Richfield City Council desires that certain
permanent ea.sc-"r:n.eni:s as identified by the Project Engineers, Bather°
R~_ngrose•AWolsfeld, be dedicated to the City of Richfield, pursuant to
-and iri furtherance of Project No. 705.
NOW, THERET~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richfield City Council:
I. That the City Manager-and the City Attorney are
authcrized and directed to continence negotiations
for the dedication of the permanent easements
described above.
t" 2. That upon completion. of the negotiations, the City
Manager shall report back to the City Council with
w proposals for the dedication of said easements
which is acceptable to the owners and shall report
his recommendation relating to said proposals.
Passed by the City Council of the Gity of Richfield this 27th
day of December, 1976.
