RESOLUTION N0. 5656
REMOVING THE FOUR-TON LIMIT ON 76TH STREET
FROM SHERIDAN AVENUE SOUTH TO XERXES AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the 76th Street from Sheridan to Xerxes is a nine-ton
street, and
WHEREAS, as the MT.C has been requested to provide-east-west
bus service on 76th Street, and
WHEREAS, that bus service is essential for south Richfield
residents access to Yorktown-Southdale area for employment and
shopping. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the load limit of four
tons on 76th Street between Sheridan Avenue South and-Xerxes Avenue
South is removed.-
