RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REG~UEST FOR NEEDED
TECHNICAL AID AND EPdGINEERING ASSISTAPICE
FROM THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the
City Engineer for and on berialf of the City of Richfield is hereby
authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of
Transportation, needed engineering and technical services when
desirable to obtain such services, for which payment will be made
by the City of Richfield of Richfield upon receipt of verified
claims from the Commissioner of Transportation.
Passed by the City Council of the City oi' Richfield this 27th
day of December, 1976.
