RESOL UTION NO. 5645
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND THE PREPARATION OF
FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PERMANENT STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND ASSOCIATED DESIGN ELEMENTS FOR LYNDALE/
HUB/NICOLLET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted on the 25th day of
October, 1976 provided for receiving a preliminary engineering report and
fixing a date for a hearing on proposed street improvements and associated
design elements in the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet redevelopment project area,
and
WHEREAS, all property owrers whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of
the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and
mailed notices as required by law and the hearing was held thereon on the 30th
day of November, 19 7 6
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cizy of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the preliminary plans presented at the November 30, 1976
hearing are approved and such improvement is hereby ordered
and designated as City Project No. 705.
2. That the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority is authorized
to direct Bather-Ringrose-Wolsfeld, Inc. to proceed with the prepar-
ation of plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
