RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BE DONE UNDER PURCHASE ORDERS, FOR STORM
SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND APPURTENANCES THERETO. (COLFAX AVENUE
FROM 73RD STREET TO APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET NORTH)

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5621 passed by the city council on the 12th day
of October, 1976, a preliminary report by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc.
(Consulting Engineers) was received and a public hearing on said improvement was
so ordered to be held on the 8th day of November, 1976, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5632, passed by the City Council on the 8th day
of November, 1976, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to
prepare plans and specifications for storm sewer construction and appurtenances
thereto for City Project No. 700, and has presented such plans and specifications
to the council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's
File No. 9767. `
2. That all construction work for City Project No. 700 shall be done
under the issuance of Purchase Orders.
